Glass Fireber Reinforce PP Flame Retardant - EPFR-110A



PreniphorEPFR-110A is a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant with N and P, especially designed for glass fiber reinforced polypropylene. EPFR-110A contains acid source, gas source and carbon source, taking flame retardancy effect by intumescent flame retarded mechanism. 


Flame retarded by EPFR-110A, glass fiber reinforced polypropylene can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.5mmm) and pass Glow Wire test of GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃. It is free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the Council. 


EPFR-110A has high N containment, it has characterized by low dosage and low density, good color stability and mechanical property. 


Compared with EPFR-110D, EPFR-110A has better flame retardancy in gas phase, which makes it more suitable for glass fiber reinforced plastics.
