Halogen Free Flame Retardant Manufacturer
Nitrophor™FR1001 is a kind of new low halogen environmentally friendly flame retardant with N, P and Br for Polypropylene.
Compared with traditional bromine flame retardant, FR1001 has advantages of low dosage (the lowest dosage of 1.2% could reach UL 94 V-2), low bromine, no migration and no need of Sb₂O₃.It is also suitable for mineral filling system and high FR content masterbatch system.
Products with FR1001 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-2 (1.5mm), GWFI 850℃ and GWIT 750℃.
