MCA-50
Melamine cyanurate is a kind of nitrogen-containing high-efficiency halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant; it is very stable when heated below 300℃, and begins to sublimate at about 350℃, but does not decompose. However, it does not decompose, and its decomposition temperature is about 440~450℃. High nitrogen content, dehydration at high temperature, release nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water when burning. Resistance Mechanism of flame retardant: sublimation and heat absorption and gas-phase flame retardant. Phoniton™ MCA-50 has a large particle size and is suitable for PA6 and PA66 without filler, and PA6 and PA66 flame retarded with Phoniton™ MCA-50 can reach UL 94 V-type flame retardant. The flame retardant PA6 and PA66 with Phoniton™ MCA-50 can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm) and pass the GWIT 725℃ and GWFI 960℃ Scorch Wire Test.
