MCA-15C
Melamine cyanurate is a kind of high efficient non-halogen flame retardant containing nitrogen; it is heat stabilized below 300℃, and starts to sublimate around 350℃. Sublimation, high nitrogen content, dehydration into carbon at high temperature, release nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water during combustion. Its flame retardant mechanism: sublimation and heat absorption and gas phase flame retardant. With Phoniton™ MCA-15C, the flame retardancy of TPE can reach VW-1, and the compatibility with TPE can be improved by the phenomenon of surface agglomeration and precipitation. Phoniton™ MCA-15C enhances the dispersion performance and is specially designed for TPE wire and TPU wire with high surface requirements, and it is well dispersed and does not agglomerate on the surface. No white spots on the surface of dark-colored materials and high surface finish of wires.
