Halogen Free Flame Retardant Manufacturer
Phoniton™ MCA-25 is a kind of high effective nitrogen halogen free flame retardant. It is very stable when the temperature is lower than 300℃. However, sublimation will happen when the temperature is above 350℃. The decomposition temperature of MCA-25 is 440℃~450℃. Phoniton™ MCA-25 has high content of nitrogen, strong moisture-absorption, and in high temperature it will release N2, CO2 and water while burning. As a flame retardant, it works through absorbing heat and releasing incombustible gases after sublimation.
Phoniton™ MCA-25 is especially suitable for PA6 and PA66 without filler. PA6 and PA66 with Phoniton™ MCA-25 can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0(0.75mm), GWFI 960℃ and GWIT 750℃.
