Preniphor™ EPFR-APP241 is a kind of high polymerization degree and crystal typeⅡ ammonium polyphosphate treated with silane. It is of high content of phosphorus and nitrogen, excellent thermal stability, near-neutral and non-toxic smoke property. With gas source and carbon source, it takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism.


EPFR-APP241 is highly recommended in solvent-based intumescent fire proof coating and solvent-based intumescent textile coating. It is characterized by good compatibility, good water resistance, good performance in rain resistance and  flame retarding.
